The Village at Allandale is committed to creating a community that enhances the quality of life of elders in a supportive, loving, and happy home.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to helping our residents maintain their independence, preferences, and family relationships with dignity and respect. Our innovative approach to long-term care empowers residents and staff to reimagine what assisted living can be.
Our work is driven by CARING: compassion, accountability, reliability, integrity, nurture, and growth. Through our interactions with seniors, their families, and fellow staff, you’ll see these values reflected in everything we do:
- Compassion in how we support residents and families.
- Accountability for the care we provide, day in and day out.
- Reliability so you always know someone’s there.
- Integrity in every decision, big or small.
- Nurture of both people and community.
- Growth—for residents, staff, and the home we’ve built together.
Through our interactions with seniors, their families, and fellow staff, you’ll see these values reflected in everything we do.
Life at The Village
A quick peek at everyday moments in our community.
Our History
In 2003, we opened as Kingsport Senior House, a single 24-resident home designed for personal attention and comfort.
By 2010, we expanded with two additional wings to welcome more families seeking assisted living in a smaller, community-focused environment.
In 2016, we remodeled the original building and added secured memory-care areas, meeting the growing need for Alzheimer’s and dementia support in our region.
Today, The Village at Allandale is home to residents across all stages of independence and memory care—large enough to offer full services, small enough to feel close-knit.
